We Minimize the Mess

Maybe you’ve put off this project for fear that it’s messy. Times have changed! Dustless equipment and vacuum systems allow us to minimize the dust and odor. We know that customers appreciate how we protect the surrounding area and cause the least disruption possible.

Buff & Coat
A buff and coat is part of basic maintenance and should be done when the finish on your floor is showing signs of wear. Depending on the size of the floor, Regency will accomplish the whole process in a few hours and ask that you allow approximately 8 to 10 hours of dry time. Because we buff using a high-grit screen, we create very little dust and minimal inconvenience.
Sand/Finish
If the finish on your floor shows excessive wear, or if deep scratches or gouges are visible, your floor needs our sand/finish restoration. Because this process is more extensive than a buff and coat, we take extra precautions to contain dust. Mess is minimized because we:
