Installation Process
Prior to installation, we conduct a complete inspection of the subfloor to determine what kind of preparation, if any, is necessary. To ensure the best installation, we must have a level, dry plywood subfloor at least 3/4 inch thick. If waffle board is in place, it must be removed and replaced with solid plywood.
Then our skilled staff installs the flooring to your specifications. No surprises. And when the job is finished, the clean-up is thorough. Following through, Regency will contact you afterward to make sure you’re satisfied with your new flooring.
